We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 to the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
🇺🇸 United States:
• Standard Shipping: 5-13 business days
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (available at checkout)
🇨🇦 Canada & 🇬🇧 United Kingdom:
• Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-8 business days (available at checkout)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Multiple Package Shipments
To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses across the USA and internationally.
This means:
✅ Your order may arrive in 2-3 separate packages
✅ You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package
✅ Delivery times may vary between packages (5-15 business days)
✅ This allows us to get your products to you faster than shipping from one location
Example: If you order our Travel Care Bundle, the Smart Feeder may ship from our California warehouse (5-7 days), while the GPS Tracker ships from our Texas warehouse (7-10 days). You'll receive both tracking numbers via email.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can track your package(s) at any time using the provided link.
