🔄 How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@aurapawvitality.com within 90 days of delivery
2. Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return
3. Photo/Video (if applicable): For damaged or defective items, please provide a photo or short video showing the issue
4. Return Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization email with instructions
5. Ship It Back: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days:
